We accept PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, and GIF files up to 10MB. For best results, upload high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI or higher.
Yes! The customizer shows a live preview of your design on the T-shirt. The final product will match the preview as closely as possible, though slight color variations may occur due to screen differences.
Absolutely! We offer bulk pricing for orders of 10+ shirts. Contact us at bulk@teeskull.com with your design, quantities, and timeline for a custom quote. Corporate merch packages available.
Standard US shipping: 5-7 business days (free over $50). Express: 2-3 business days ($12.99). Overnight: 1 day ($24.99). International: 10-21 business days. Custom orders add 3-5 days production time.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard. If you haven't received tracking within 48 hours, contact support@teeskull.com.
Yes! We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. For damaged items, include photos. We'll file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
We offer a 30-day return policy for non-custom items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags. Custom-designed tees are non-returnable unless defective. See our full Return Policy for details.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same design. We'll send you a prepaid return label and ship the new item once we receive the return.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save designs to your wishlist, and access order history for easy reordering.
