Your Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p>By submitting Design Content, you represent and warrant that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You own the Design Content or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use and authorise us to print it<\/li>\n<li>The Design Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights<\/li>\n<li>The Design Content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable<\/li>\n<li>The Design Content does not promote violence, illegal activity, or discrimination<\/li>\n<li>You have obtained consent from any person whose name, image, or likeness appears in the Design Content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>2. Prohibited Content<\/h2>\n<p>We may refuse or cancel orders containing Design Content that includes, without limitation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Copyrighted characters, logos, or artwork without authorisation<\/li>\n<li>Trademarked brands, sports teams, celebrities, or media properties without permission<\/li>\n<li>Hate speech, extremist symbols, or offensive material<\/li>\n<li>Adult, sexually explicit, or inappropriate content<\/li>\n<li>Content that violates Indian law or public decency standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>3. Our Right to Review and Reject<\/h2>\n<p>We reserve the right to review, reject, modify, or cancel any order if we believe the Design Content violates this policy, our Terms &#038; Conditions, applicable law, or third-party rights. If an order is cancelled for this reason before production, a refund of the product price (excluding any non-refundable customisation fees, if applicable) may be issued at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n<h2>4.
